WeirdRaining today in Phoenix on July 15, 2012. The remnants from the monsoon storm or maybe a new monsoon storm not sure? But the humidity of the Arizona Monsoon storm is super high right now. It is pretty hard to breath. Sometimes when the dust kicks up it causes some problems to go along with the rain. But Phoenix has been in much need of rain this year so its a welcomed site.
