UFO Decloaks Over Ukrainian Command Center? 2014

Possible UFO caught decloaking above a border command center in Donetsk, eastern Ukrainian. The Object can been seen speeding away just as 500 pro-Russian insurgents attacked the facility. Was it a UFO or something else?
